We are seeking a talented individual with strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills. If you are great at general office duties, planning/scheduling appointments, reception and customer service, among other things with an attention to detail we would love to hear from you. This position requires an individual to be flexible, great with time-management, handle situations quickly and correctly, and oversee the general day-to-day operations to ensure the business continues to run smoothly and effectively. This is a hybrid position consisting of both telecommuting (work from home) and working out of our corporate office. This position requires a home-office setup consisting of a computer/laptop, printer, and high-speed Internet access.

Responsibilities
- Keep track of budgets, minutes and other relevant data utilizing Excel spreadsheets, QuickBooks, etc. and generate custom reports
- Responsible for creating, prioritizing, and scheduling appointments and other events
- All routine administrative duties including but not limited to word processing, filing, receptionist, general accounting, errands, etc.
- Act as general point of contact for clients, customers, and employees

Do you have the ability to review code and find bugs, improve efficiency, and integrate code with existing applications? This position requires the individual to have a solid understanding of web programming with a focus on custom web application and database integration.
